Every few years here in northern Vermont we have an occurrence of what we call a "snowliage". This is where we get a few inches of snow while there is still a lot of colorful fall foliage on the trees. These are great opportunities for a photographer to capture rare beauty. Most photos I take are from the "Northeast Kingdom" of Vermont (where I live). From broad landscapes to intimate close-ups of nature.
